Three Phase Power

P90X is an extreme workout plan that taxes the entire body.  You need a nutritional plan

that can help you keep up with this program.  The founders of this exercise program

publish some guidelines as to the best nutritional plan to succeed with their routine. 

They break the 90 day or 13 week program into three phases.  The first phase lasts four

weeks.  This is known as the fat shredder phase as it targets excess fat to be burned.

The third phase is the endurance maximizer.  This nutritional plan calls for lean

proteins, complex carbohydrates, and low fats.  The emphasis here is on more

carbohydrates.  As an optimal combination of food, this formula will fuel the body and

help get the most out of your exercise plan.
